Can I Install a Kitchen Extension in My Home?

Most kitchen extensions will need to meet a typical set of standards in order to be compliant with regulation approval. This ensures that minimum design and construction standards are achieved when the extension is constructed. We have installed many kitchen extensions for our clients and can advise and support you with all elements relating to meeting approval – all of our kitchen extensions are designed to exceed requirements for energy rating, structural integrity & safety features and regulations.

As long as your kitchen extension is classed as permitted development, then you will be able to install a kitchen extension on your property. When obtaining your free quote, we will discuss your project with you as well as the relevant dimensions and plans for your extension. We will then guide you on whether your project is likely to fall within permitted development or if you will need to arrange for planning permission.

Our Design and Installation Process

We will support you at all stages of the project. We are expert designers of extensions as well as bespoke kitchens so we can design and install your entire kitchen extension. We will work with you initially to discuss your project and agree on your design requirements.

You may have a clear indication of your design or need some inspiration, we will work with you and then provide drawings and 3D designs of how your extension and kitchen will look when completed.
