A luxury conservatory should never look like an afterthought. Whether your property is built from traditional Cotswold stone, period Oxfordshire brick, or modern render, our bespoke Sapele designs are architecturally engineered to perfectly match your home’s original character and sightlines
We choose Sapele over Oak or Softwood because it offers the highest stability-to-weight ratio in the industry.
Advanced solar-tint glass reflects up to 78% of solar heat, preventing the "greenhouse effect" even in direct July sunlight.
Guaranteed protection for all solid or flat roof elements with a world-leading, maintenance-free membrane.
Transforming a tired conservatory into a timeless heritage orangery with refined architectural detail.
To ensure your property investment is secured with the finest materials available in the UK, we offer a price-match assurance on any authentic, like-for-like proposal utilizing the same elite Sapele and Sarnafil specifications.
Our use of high-strength Glulam beams allows for expansive, open-plan architectural designs. By laminating select timber layers, we achieve a structural stability that eliminates the warping common in solid wood.

We searched and pontificated a lot on our kitchen extension, met a number of people but were not really convinced... We called Dave and he got us straight away. The whole process was brilliant, done on time and aftercare has been fabulous. We spend all our time now in the orangery which has the kitchen, dining and seating area the rest of the house is almost superfluous. Could not recommend them highly enough.
It is the best addition to our home that we could have made... a fabulous party space with easy access to the patio for a real indoor/outdoor experience. We can't praise Dave, Steve, and Mark more highly. It was a professional and smooth process that was planned and executed with almost military precision. Steve is a true craftsman with an eye for detail and incredible finishes. We would not hesitate for one second to recommend Farrow & Jones.
Unlike traditional timber, we utilize a factory-applied, multi-coat Teknos finishing system. This micro-porous paint is elastic, allowing it to move with the wood without cracking or peeling. For homeowners in Oxfordshire, this means maintenance intervals are significantly extended—typically requiring only a simple wash-down, with a professional top-coat review not usually needed for 10–12 years.
While uPVC is a common commodity, it lacks the structural integrity and thermal stability required for large-scale architectural glass rooms. Over time, uPVC can "yellow," become brittle, and expand significantly in direct sunlight, leading to sticking doors. Sapele hardwood offers superior longevity, a furniture-grade finish, and a rigid structural frame that preserves the heritage value of premium Oxfordshire properties.
Yes. We specialize in managing the planning process for homes in protected areas like Woodstock, Burford, and Henley-on-Thames. Our team handles all architectural drawings and structural documentation to ensure your conservatory is sympathetic to local heritage requirements while meeting modern building regulations.
Yes. We eliminate the "greenhouse effect" by utilizing advanced Solar Control Glazing. This specialist glass reflects up to 78% of solar heat during the summer while retaining internal warmth in the winter. Combined with our high-performance Sapele frames, we create a refined 365-day living space backed by professional SAP (Energy) calculations.
We utilize Engineered Glulam spans—laminated layers of select timber that provide immense structural strength. This allows for expansive, open-plan designs and large glass lanterns without the need for bulky internal supports. This engineering ensures the roof remains perfectly stable, eliminating the warping or "creaking" often found in inferior timber or plastic systems.
An architecturally sympathetic extension is a significant capital investment. In the Oxfordshire market, a high-quality hardwood addition can add between 7% and 11% to a property's total valuation. Unlike uPVC "bolt-ons," a Farrow & Jones conservatory is designed to look like an original part of the residence, which is a key requirement for high-end buyers.
