“We had a beautiful bespoke orangery built just over a year ago and it is the best addition to our home that we could have made. We are able to sit and look out over the garden and the view that we are blessed with and its been a fabulous party space with easy access to the patio for a real indoor/outdoor experience. We can’t praise Dave, Steve and Mark more highly and being fussy clients there was nothing that we would have changed, with a professional and smooth process that was planned and executed with almost military precision. Dave was very attentive during the planning stage and listened carefully to our ideas. He offered many clever solutions based upon a good deal of experience and dealt with all the ordering, bureaucracy, drawings etc and was also hands on during the build. Steve was a true craftsman and much appreciated with his eye for detail and incredible finishes.

“We searched and pontificated a lot on our kitchen extension , met a number of people but were not really convinced. We found Farrow & Jones in a magazine and were almost thinking we would never do anything within our budget . We called Dave and he got us straight away . Spend all our time now in the orangerie which has kitchen, dining and seating area the rest of the house is almost superfluous.”

“As we move into winter and have further experience, we can give our thoughts on the new Orangery built by Farrow and Jones. It was built neatly, efficiently and with minimum upheaval. All precautions were taken to maintain the integrity of our home during construction. The builders were polite and hard – working. We had one minor leak that was fixed within days with no recurrence during heavy rain last week. The temperature inside is so much better than in our old conservatory – the argon double glazing works as we hoped it would and should save us heating bills and allow us to use the room for many more months of the year than previously and without extremes of temperature. We were happy to show potential customers around the house after completion and are proud of our new showpiece room.”
